- Continental Divide
Saturday, March 22 | 8:00pm
Sunday, March 23 | 3:00pm
Kaul Auditorium, Reed College
This March, our brothers in song from the City of Brotherly Love, the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus (the “other” PGMC) will cross the continent to join us in Portland for Continental Divide. The combined 250 voices will fill Kaul Auditorium with a powerful sound, performing equally powerful music. The concert opens with “When I Knew,” expressing through song the defining moment in every LGBT person’s life. The music beautifully illustrates the struggles one faces in love and life. The second act, “Since I Knew”, celebrates the love, joy, and acceptance that often follow these struggles. The artistry showcased in these new works will surely please any music lover.
