Walk With Us: AIDS Walk Northwest Sep 13 ❤️

For decades, the Portland Gay Men’s Chorus has proudly stood with our community in the fight against HIV/AIDS. This year, we continue that tradition by joining AIDS Walk Northwest, an annual event benefiting Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) and the vital services they provide to individuals and families affected by HIV.

Why We Walk

PGMC’s participation in AIDS Walk Northwest honors our past, supports our present, and invests in a future without HIV. We walk to:

  • Celebrate the resilience of HIV survivors within our own ranks and across the community.

  • Remember those we’ve lost, whose memory inspires us to keep singing and standing proud.

  • Support CAP’s tireless work in prevention, advocacy, and direct services.

  • Affirm that while HIV has become more manageable for many, the fight is far from over.

How You Can Help

Your support makes a difference. Here’s how you can join us:

  • Walk With Us: Be part of the PGMC team at AIDS Walk Northwest. Lace up your shoes, show your pride, and walk in solidarity.

  • Donate Today: Can’t join in person? A contribution to PGMC’s team helps CAP continue its mission and extends our chorus’s impact beyond the stage.

Together, we raise our voices not only in song, but in action. ❤️
